Sounds about right for rough conditions, a short run and being set up for rougher water...I don't think the sponsons matter but throw the wedge and Riva grate on there and you'll be back 2 mph putting you in the solid 74 range...Get it lower on gas and you should see 75's...

We got the hull/rideplate of Eric's RXP all fixed up last night...Man that thing was a mess...the moron had filled all the holes with RTV and it was pulling out...We got as much as we could out but for some damn reason the bondo glass wouldn;t stick because of the RTV residue...Ended up having to go to the store and getting some water weld which did the trick...

Hoping to pull a 72 on his tomorrow (his best yet is 71.4ish) and then start working on the wedge, etc. until we get him all his speed and running in the 74-75 range as well...

So it still cavitates with no wedge huh? Jerry had told me to pull the wedge to cure that as mine cavitates with the wedge in but it would seem that's not the answer...You need to hurry and try the damn AAT Mark has so I can see if I need to hit Bruce up for a old one...

I've got some Skegs on the way and my supercharger goes out Monday for the 06 metal washers...I'll let you know how they work out...

Hey Joe, we got mentioned on page 14 of watercraft Illustrated about the Long Beach race... you know... the one that Al didn't show up for either. Of course they mentioned Follmer taking top spot on 2stroke. I should have just let him float.

Hey Joey,
any word on that Thanksgiving race?

What is it with flaky promoters, bad businesses and goofy race schedules??
